1. Nature of the Service

TwinkleTale provides personalized digital children's storybooks generated through proprietary artistic and automated storytelling pipelines based on parent-provided inputs (child name, gender, age, theme, language, dedication, and optional photograph).

2. User Content & Representations

When you submit a child's name, dedication, or photo, you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian, or have explicit parental consent to provide this information. You agree not to upload copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful content.

3. License & Intellectual Property

Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide personal license to download, view, print, and share the generated PDF storybook for non-commercial personal use. The underlying algorithms, character models, artistic templates, and site branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of TwinkleTale Studios.

4. Electronic Goods Delivery

All purchases are delivered electronically in high-resolution PDF format. No physical printed copy is shipped unless explicitly specified as part of a physical printing add-on.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

TwinkleTale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In all circumstances, maximum liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific storybook order. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

TwinkleTale never sees, captures, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net-banking passwords, or UPI PINs.

3. Data Retention & Erasure Rights

Generated book files are stored in private cloud storage for 30 days so parents can re-download their books anytime. You may request immediate, permanent deletion of your storybook and email record at any point by sending an email to support@twinkletaleai.com.

Each TwinkleTale storybook is an individual, custom-computed digital asset personalized specifically for your child. Because generation begins automatically upon payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled or retracted once processing has initiated.

2. 100% Quality & Defect Guarantee

We stand behind the magic of our books. You are entitled to an immediate free re-generation or a 100% Full Refund within 7 days of purchase under any of the following circumstances:

• Generation failed or the download link is broken/inaccessible.
• System rendering error resulting in overlapping, unreadable, or missing text.
• Severe spelling distortion caused by system generation failure.
• The final delivered book does not match the customized child details entered in the preview order.
